Our safety measures

Under the guidance of the RCDSO, ODA and CDHO, we are continually adapting and updating our COVID protocols in order to keep our patients and team healthy. We believe that above all else, the safety of our community is the main priority. We hope to continue to be able to provide you with dental care over the coming months and are utilising all of our resources to do so. We will continue to stay abreast of current guidelines and empirical research to ensure you have the smoothest dental experience possible.

We are not charging a PPE fee at this time. We understand that just as it has been a hard year for us, that it has been the same for you. Our dental fees will continue to follow the ODA fee guide for general services.

  • COVID screening for patients before appointment and at the clinic

  • COVID screening for staff twice per day

  • Temperature and blood oxygen checks for patients and staff

  • Enhanced sanitation throughout the clinic

  • Full PPE, changed per patient and professionally laundered

  • Medical grade HEPA air filtration, calculated air exchange rate per room

  • Staggered appointment times and gaps between patients (fallow)

  • Enclosed hygiene operatories

  • Closed waiting room, reduced capacity

  • Staff breaks are staggered and wearing masks at all times

  • Direct billing to insurance, contactless payment options

  • Contact tracing text reminder 14 days after your appointment
